Empire Construction, based in Orange County, is currently working on the construction expansion project for the Pacific Marine Mammal Center (PMMC) in Laguna Beach, CA.
PMMC is dedicated to promoting ocean stewardship through animal rescue, rehabilitation, medical research, STEM education programs, and advocacy for a healthy ocean. They are the primary center in Orange County authorized to rescue and care for marine animals like sea lions, seals, sea turtles, dolphins, and whales.
